Coming from an Italian family where cooking and enjoying culinary traditions was such an important part of my life, I realized that I could share all these wonderful dishes with my friends. However, with time it became my passion.

After marrying a Spanish woman and living in Spain, “LAS TAPAS” started to be part of this passion too.... THIS IS HOW PASTAS AND TAPAS WAS CONCIEVED.
